How does the escrow service work?
Our escrow service holds funds securely until both parties confirm the transaction is complete. The buyer deposits funds, the seller delivers, and once confirmed, funds are released to the seller.
How do I increase my reputation?
Reputation is earned through successful trades and vouches from other users. Complete transactions honestly and provide good service to build your reputation over time.
What should I do if a seller doesn't deliver?
If you used escrow, open a dispute through the transaction page. Our support team will investigate and resolve the issue. Always use escrow for first-time trades.
How do I bump my listing?
You can bump your listing once every 6 hours from the My Listings page. Bumping moves your listing to the top of the marketplace.
Can I change my username?
Currently, usernames cannot be changed after registration. Please choose your username carefully when creating your account.
