1. Before anything, underage the account. This step is unnecessary IF the account is addmail (example shown in picture) or comes with the OGE and there has never been an email change. ⠀ Change the birthday so the account is under thirteen for one day. For example: if the day is the 24th of November 2025, set the birthday to the 25th of November 2012; making it 12 and 364 days old. Make sure to immediately do the next step afterwards to avoid locks ⠀ If the account is already underaged but has a pending or verified mail, you'll have to use a parent account (a Roblox account with an 18+ id verified to it), and set the birthday to anything under 18 but over 13, then press "Ask my parent", write your email verified to the parent account and unlink it after the birthday has been changed and then follow the previous paragraph from there. ⠀ ⠀
2. Add an email. ⠀ IMMEDIATELY after you underage it, add an email. I recommend you to premake a fresh outlook mail if unverified so you can resell it in the future. If it comes with the OGE, use the OGE. Never verify it to your main email - verify it to an email with no Roblox accounts previously on it. ⠀ ⠀
3. Remove all passkeys if there are any. ⠀ Self explanatory, just remove all passkeys connected to the Roblox account. ⠀ ⠀
4. Add 2FA, replace the backup codes and add your own passkey. ⠀ You'll find all of this in the "Security" part of settings. I recommend you to use a mobile device for the passkey as it is easier. ⠀ ⠀
5. Add billing. ⠀ Add the big four payment methods. Stripe billing, Xsolla billing, PayPal billing and Google/Apple billing. When you need to enter an email, enter the one you verified on the account on step 2. Not necessary to get them all, but the more the better. If you can only get one, get stripe billing, as it is the best to pull your account back. This means if the seller pulls your account or it gets locked by roblox, you can get it back using Roblox support after waiting around a month after you buy robux. (sometimes it works earlier!) If the account already has a billing email connected, the person who owns that mail can pull with it.
